How much does the artwork cost?
To receive our current pricing sheet, e-mail a request to sales@rudhragraphics.com with your name, company name, phone number and e-mail address. If you propose to send greater than 10 art jobs daily, attractive pricing plans could be devised. Call or e-mail us.
What are you standard turnaround times or lead times?
Our turnaround times vary from 4-24 hours.
What if I need a job back in a rush?
We would match your requirement. Just type “Rush” on the subject line and we would return the art based on your exact requirement.
How will I get my artwork back?
You have a choice of e-mail or FTP.
What file formats would the returned artwork be?
Customer-specified formats like .ai, .eps, .psd, .jpg, .cdr, .pdf, etc.
Digitizing
How much does it cost to have an estimate? And how long does it take?
NO COST FOR ESTIMATES. It is FREE. It usually takes less than one hour for you to get a stitch estimate.
How do I get my finished embroidery design?
We would send the finished embroidery designs to you by e-mail. Larger-sized images are best transferred via the FTP server. You have the option of downloading your file from our FTP server which is free.
What is your turnaround time?
24 hours. If you need a finished work sooner than 24 hours, please let us know.
How do you determine price?
We charge a flat fee or per 1000 stitches. Customers that proposes to send more than 10 files a day qualify for special pricing.
